Brickyard Healthcare in Indiana is offering an RN leadership development program designed to build future Directors of Nursing. This hands-on center-based program combines mentorship, formal education, and real-world operations.

Participants will work alongside the DON and DNS, developing skills to lead clinical teams, improve patient outcomes, and drive center performance.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen leadership skills to serve as Director of Nursing (DON).
• Receive formal education opportunities and mentoring by an experienced DNS.
• Learn clinical systems and operations from a DNS perspective.
• Prepare for clinical leadership roles such as DNS.
• Work closely with Executive Director, staff, and partners.
• Program placements in nurse leadership roles upon successful completion.
