Recover-Care Heartland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care, supervise staff, and ensure quality outcomes in a clinical setting in Olathe, Kansas. You will manage patient charts, administer medications, and collaborate with the RN House Supervisor and Chief Nurse Officer to uphold policy and care standards.

The role requires a valid RN license in Kansas, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and ability to supervise staff and coordinate care.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Complete admission, discharge, transfer documentation and charting.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care with RN House Supervisor and Chief Nurse Officer.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company policy while delivering high-quality care.
