Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and staff assignments under the RN House Supervisor or Chief Nurse Officer.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and ensure proper charting.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents and assist with transportation as needed.
• Provide professional nursing services such as catheterization, tube feeding, dressing changes, and specimen collection as policy allows.
• Generate and relay nursing reports at shift changes and monitor residents’ status.
