Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based setting in Morton, IL. The position offers an hourly rate of $40–$45 and includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus, along with growth opportunities, training, and supportive leadership.

The RN will assess residents, develop care plans with colleagues, coordinate with the IDT to optimize health outcomes, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication and leadership abilities.
