Job summary

ALG Senior in Alabama seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to oversee resident clinical care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community, supervise care staff, and promote a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

In this leadership role you will coordinate care plans, monitor changes in condition, manage medications and MARs, train staff, and serve as the liaison with families and physicians while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Alabama.
• 3–5 years nursing experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living, memory care, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident clinical care and supervise care staff.
• Coordinate care planning, assessments, and condition monitoring.
• Oversee medication management and MARs.
• Lead team training, coaching, and supervision.
• Communicate with families and physicians about care needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
