US Healthcare Consulting Holdings LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Huntsville, AL on a 12-hour shift in the long-term care unit. You will lead the nursing team, perform resident assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and ensure safety and quality of care.

Active RN licensure in Alabama (or multistate), CPR/BLS certification, and strong leadership and communication skills are required. LTC experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

• Active RN license in good standing with the Alabama Board of Nursing or valid multistate license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Long-term care experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Strong assessment and leadership skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and team-first attitude

Responsabilidades

• Complete resident assessments and respond to changes in condition
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Provide and oversee wound care and monitor vital signs
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs on the unit
• Notify physicians and family of changes and implement new orders
• Document care and resident progress accurately in medical records
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Uphold infection control, safety, and resident rights standards
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team
