Job summary

Highland Health and Rehab of Cascadia is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Resident Care Manager and Infection Preventionist (RN) full time. You will lead nursing staff, oversee resident care plans, and coordinate clinical operations to deliver exceptional resident care.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and infection control knowledge, with experience in long-term care. CPR certification and an active RN license are required; CIC is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
