Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for nursing staff, allocate resources, and support safe, high-quality patient care. You will work with the Clinical Manager to plan, budget, and ensure regulatory standards are met while promoting professional autonomy.

You will lead performance improvement initiatives, participate in leadership meetings, supervise staff evaluations, and help develop patient care delivery models that balance outcomes with cost

Qualifications

• BSN is strongly preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience; leadership or charge role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of PI plans to improve outcomes.
• Provide staff feedback, counseling, and discipline as appropriate.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations per HR policy.
• Participate in leadership and staff meetings.
• Collaborate with unit leadership to ensure patient throughput and satisfaction.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines and regulatory compliance.
