Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for efficient, safe nursing care and to support budget, strategic planning and regulatory compliance on the unit.

In collaboration with the Clinical Manager, you will lead staff development, manage performance, participate in councils and improve patient outcomes while maintaining a patient-centered environment and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred; RN licensure required.
• Minimum two years' clinical nursing experience.
• One year leadership/charge experience preferred.
• Certification in area of specialty within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative leadership with Clinical Manager.
• Develop PI plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory standards and staffing models.
• Improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
• Mentor and evaluate staff performance.
