Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for efficient, safe nursing care, manage personnel and budget, and drive strategic planning in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development within a high-performing unit.

The role emphasizes leadership in patient flow, productivity models, and coordination with physicians and other disciplines to maintain a therapeutic environment

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of employment is required.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• Experience in leadership or charge role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and monitoring of PI Plan initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Provide feedback, counseling and disciplinary input for staff as appropriate.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations as defined by HR and provide input on staff development.
• Support staff in achieving professional goals and participate in leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager to ensure resource utilization and patient satisfaction targets.
