Windsor Elmhaven Care Center in Stockton, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. You will plan and deliver nursing care aligned with current standards to ensure the highest quality of care and dignity for residents.

As a nurse leader, you will guide LVN/LPNs and CNAs, ensuring effective collaboration and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Required: RN license in the state, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; CPR certification

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, terminology, laws, and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with standards to ensure quality care and dignity.
• As a nurse leader, guide LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal resident care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain person-centered care.
