Windsor Elmhaven Care Center in Stockton, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. You will plan and deliver nursing care aligned with current standards to ensure the highest quality of care and dignity for residents.

As a nurse leader, you will guide LVN/LPNs and CNAs, ensuring effective collaboration and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Required: RN license in the state, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; CPR certification

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, terminology, laws, and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

Must Have:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state – New Grads Welcomed!
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to Have:

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
• Experience with PointClickCare
