Brenwood Park Assisted Living & Riverview Village Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated RN to join our Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) program. You will develop leadership skills in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and resident care services in a senior living community.

Salary ranges from $95,000 to $100,000 annually plus incentive opportunities, with mentorship and structured training designed to prepare you for a Clinical Director role.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in good standing.
• Minimum one year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, senior living, or related setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support overall clinical operations of the community.
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
• Coach/train staff and manage performance.
• Foster a culture of quality care, accountability, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop leadership and operational skills to transition into Clinical Director.
