Qualificações

• Current RN, LPN, or LVN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in senior living or long-term care.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in management roles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a structured leadership training program focused on clinical operations.
• Shadow and support Clinical Directors with day-to-day responsibilities.
• Assist in reviewing resident care plans and health assessments.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to staffing, scheduling, and mentorship of Wellness team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in geriatric care.
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice as assigned.
