Job summary

Brenwood Park Assisted Living & Riverview Village Senior Living is seeking a motivated RN to join our Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) program. The role focuses on clinical excellence, resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership as you grow into a Clinical Director position.

Salary ranges from $95,000 to $100,000 annually with incentive opportunities, and offers mentorship, hands-on leadership development, and exposure to operations management within a senior living

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any additional state-required certifications or licenses.
• Minimum one year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, senior living, or related healthcare setting.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall clinical operations of the community.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and clinical standards.
• Participate in staff coaching, training, and performance management.
• Promote a culture of quality care, accountability, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop the leadership and operational skills necessary to transition into a Clinical Director role.
