You will rotate through various clinical areas, learn essential responsibilities, and work directly with experienced leaders. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, college or university with registered nurse licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for a Director of Nursing role through the DON-IT program.
• Rotate through key clinical and operational areas.
• Learn essential DON responsibilities including staffing management.
• Participate in project-based assignments to improve resident care.
• Attend leadership meetings and coaching sessions.
• Work alongside experienced Directors of Nursing.
• Present a capstone project at the end of the program.
