The Laurels of Gahanna, located in Columbus, OH, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing care for residents. You will coordinate and supervise care delivery, oversee LPNs/CNAs, and ensure safe medication administration while monitoring residents’ status and responding to changes.

This role emphasizes developing individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians, and contributing to assessment processes in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of long-term care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services, and health education for residents.
• Supervise care by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess residents' health and promptly communicate changes to physicians; implement orders.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents and prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development (including MDS/CAA's).
