Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and supervise staff.
• Assess patient needs and set realistic, population-specific outcomes.
• Implement orders and ensure appropriateness to patient status.
• Participate in hourly rounding and promote safety.
