• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling for the unit and acts as liaison to internal and external customers.
• Mentors staff and oversees care delegated to RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensures regulatory plans and processes are in place and followed.
• Manages department workflow and staffing decisions based on patient needs.
