Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas is hiring a full-time Clinical Manager for Endoscopy/OR. The candidate will supervise endoscopy and OR staff, schedule to cover surgeries, and provide after-hours leadership.

Minimum three years OR experience required, RN licensure in Texas, and CNOR/BLS-ACLS within 6 months of hire are preferred. The role includes managing daily operations, staff development, quality, and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across medical directors and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Texas license as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• CNOR certification and BLS/ACLS within 6 months of hire preferred.
• Three years minimum OR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises endoscopy and OR personnel and schedules to meet surgery needs and after-hours coverage.
• Interviews and hires new team members; facilitates education and competency evaluations.
• Provides leadership and administrative oversight for three units with daily operations, budgeting, and quality oversight.
• Coordinates with directors, medical staff and other departments to develop services and ensure quality.
