Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, seeks a full-time Clinical Manager to oversee Endoscopy and OR services. Bachelor of Science in Nursing, CNOR, BLS; ACLS within 6 months; and at least three years of OR experience are required.

You will supervise endoscopy and OR staff, schedule to meet the workflow, interview and hire, and provide 24/7 leadership across three units in collaboration with the director and medical staff. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Three years minimum OR experience.
• RN license in Texas with CNOR and BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the endoscopy and operating room personnel and schedule to meet the endoscopy and surgery schedule needs and for after-hours call coverage.
• Interviews and hires new team members and facilitates education of OR personnel.
• Provide leadership, management, administration and supervision for all three units with 24/7 responsibility.
