Peterson Health in Kerrville, TX seeks a Clinical Manager for Endoscopy/OR to lead three units, ensure schedule coverage, and drive quality care. Requires a BSN, Texas RN license, and CNOR with ACLS/BLS within 6 months of hire. The successful candidate will oversee education, staffing, and regulatory compliance in a busy rural hospital setting.

You will collaborate with medical directors and staff to optimize services, manage budgets, and mentor team members in a patient-centered culture.

Qualificações

• BSN required and Texas RN licensure must be active.
• CNOR certification required.
• ACLS and BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises endoscopy and OR personnel, schedules to meet needs and after-hours coverage.
• Interviews and hires new team members, facilitates peer interviewing.
• Provides leadership, daily operations oversight, and regulatory compliance across three units.
• Collaborates with directors, physicians, and other disciplines to develop services and ensure quality.
