Qualifications

• Texas RN license required; CNOR and BLS/ACLS certification required (ACLS within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Supervise endoscopy and OR personnel and scheduling to meet schedule needs and after-hours coverage.
• Interview and hire new team members; facilitate education and competency assessments.
• Provide 24/7 leadership for OR/endoscopy units including planning, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with directors, physicians and other staff to develop services and ensure quality.
