Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide warm, engaging personal care, support residents, and monitor wellbeing per the Care Plan.

You will collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident status, and you will lead assignments among Med Techs and Nurses. A state-approved school of nursing graduate with an active RN license and at least two years of care experience is required.

Qualifications

• Good attitude and love working with people.
• Active RN license with state approval.
• At least two years of caring for people in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage residents while checking on wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.
• Show leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses.
