Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, Towson, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide warm personal care, support and companionship to residents. You will monitor wellbeing, communicate changes to the Care Plan, and collaborate with the Health Services Director.

The role emphasizes leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses. Prerequisites include RN license and graduation from a state-approved nursing program, plus at least two years' experience in assisted living,

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a state approved school of nursing and hold an active RN license.
At least two years of caring for people in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care.
Positive attitude and love for working with people.

Responsibilities

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.
Show leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses.
