Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute in Ellensburg, WA is seeking Registered Nurses to lead care for residents. Full-time and PRN opportunities are available. You’ll use your clinical skills daily, guide a caring team and build real relationships with residents and families.

You’ll assess residents, administer medications, manage IVs, wound care and other skilled needs. You’ll lead LPNs and CNAs on your shift, spot early changes, document accurately in the EHR and collaborate with physicians.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, good communication and a team-first attitude.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute or long-term care is a plus; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and plan, carry out and review their care.
• Pass medications and treatments, manage IVs, wound care and other skilled needs.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on your shift.
• Spot changes in condition early and work with physicians and the care team.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Partner with residents and families on their care and recovery.
