RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Assistant Director Clinical for the Radiology - RN's unit at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. This salaried role leads nursing staff, directs patient care on the day shift, and ensures regulatory compliance while managing unit operations.

The ideal candidate will have IR or special procedures experience, a BSN, and an active NJ RN license with leadership exposure. Salary range reflects NJ market and is paid on a yearly basis.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in IR or Special procedures
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops/revises plans for patient care delivery in assigned areas
• Measures performance and communicates QA findings
• Provides patient and family education
• Integrates department services with hospital functions and policies
• Ensures staff qualifications and nursing standards are met
• Directs patient care to meet regulatory requirements
• Promotes staff development and learning opportunities
• Ensures appropriate resources and coverage for nursing administration
• Maintains staffing levels to meet patient needs
