RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. This per diem daytime role supports radiology nursing, delivers compassionate care, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and excellent outcomes.

Qualifications include ADN with at least 2 years RN radiology experience; NJ RN license or compact license with NJ endorsement; BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

ADN required.
Minimum 2-year RN experience in Radiology.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
Maintain safety and apply evidence-based practice in daily care.
Report identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
Know the patient population served.
Supervise and direct delegation of tasks and collaborate with other care providers.
Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes toward improvement.
Utilize the nursing process to tailor care plans for individual patients.
