Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/RN (PCC) for the Cellular Therapy/Stem Cell Unit in Indianapolis. The role supports shift-to-shift operations with leadership, delivering high-quality clinical care, patient service, and coordination of schedule management.

The PCC will lead a nursing team during three 12-hour night shifts per week (6:30pm–7:00am) with every third weekend and holiday rotation, contributing to exceptional outcomes in a world-class cancer care program.

Qualifications

• Graduation from NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or three years of related nursing experience.
• RN licensure in Indiana via the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• 2+ years RN experience in a specialty area or related specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily shift-to-shift leadership to support Cellular Therapy Unit operations.
• Deliver excellent clinical patient care and customer service.
• Manage scheduling and maintain organizational and relationship skills.
