Job summary

Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center partners with MD Anderson Cancer Center, Indiana, to deliver advanced cancer care. The Patient Care Coordinator (RN PCC) will lead daily operations in the Stem Cell and Cellular Therapy Unit, ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety, and high-quality customer service.

The role requires RN licensure in Indiana with at least 2 years in oncology-related settings; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or 3 years nursing experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana per NLC.
• 2+ years RN experience in oncology, stem cell, transplant, or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily, shift-to-shift leadership to support Stem Cell and Cellular Therapy Unit operations.
• Demonstrate excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, scheduling, relationship management, and organization.
• Have authority to ensure clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes and lead the team.

The Patient Care Coordinator will provide daily, shift-to-shift leadership to support the operations of the Stem Cell and Cellular Therapy Unit. As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will exhibit excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, and organizational skills. You will have the authority and autonomy to ensure the appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes are met, while effectively leading your team.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• 2+ years experience as an RN within oncology, stem cell, transplant, critical care preferred
