Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (RN PCC) for the Medical A Unit in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves night shifts from 6:30pm to 7:00am (two 12-hour shifts per week) with every third weekend, providing shift-to-shift leadership and ensuring high-quality patient care and customer service.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN in Indiana with 2+ years of experience in a related specialty, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing school, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily, shift-to-shift leadership to support the operations of the Medical A Unit.
• Demonstrate excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, and organizational skills while leading the team.
