Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Charge RN) for the Cardiac PCU/Observation Unit in Indianapolis. The role provides shift-to-shift leadership, oversees daily operations, and ensures high-quality patient care for post-cardiac and vascular patients.

Ideal candidates will have a current Indiana RN license, 2+ years of cardiac RN experience, and graduation from an NLN/CCNE/ACEN-accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Indiana (NLC)
• Minimum 2 years cardiac RN experience
• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing or related nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations for the PCU/Observation Unit to ensure clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Provide clinical leadership, delegation and support to the nursing team.
• Ensure efficient schedule management and patient care coordination for post-cardiac and vascular patients.
