Greenville Health & Rehabilitation Center in Greenville, NC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN). This salaried role focuses on leadership, guidance, and supervision of the nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care and uphold our standards of excellence.

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will support the Director, develop plans to meet goals, ensure regulatory compliance, recruit and mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes

Formación

Active RN license in North Carolina.
BSN preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Support the Director of Nursing with leadership and oversight of the nursing team.
Assist in developing and executing plans to meet departmental goals and objectives.
Monitor patient care delivery and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and staff development.
Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top nursing talent.
Conduct audits to identify improvements and enhance patient care and safety.
Perform other duties to provide exceptional care to residents.
