SGMC Health Careers is seeking an RN for the 4S OBSERVATION unit at the Main Campus. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care across all ages and coordinating plans of care with physicians and other disciplines.

You will supervise and assist in staff development, ensuring compliance with SGMC Health’s mission and policies, while managing the shift within budgetary constraints. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR required.
• Leadership, supervision, and/or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care on the shift.
• Coordinate plan of care with physicians and other disciplines.
