Job summary

The Gardens Rehab & Care Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead care for residents and supervise CNAs. You will be accountable for medication administration, accurate charting, and ensuring compliance with physician orders, care plans, and safety protocols.

Qualified candidates hold an Arizona nursing license, a state-approved nursing program, CPR certification, and are ready to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
• CPR certification and annual training.
• COVID-19 vaccination or exemption compliance.
• Maintain annual TB testing and in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate care for residents and CNAs.
• Manage medication administration and secure storage.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to physician orders.
• Conduct resident rounds and monitor Care Plans.
• Provide on-call support as scheduled.
