• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team for a variety of complex patients.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate, and coordinate care with other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
