HealthFirst Bluegrass seeks a passionate Lead RN to support a School-Based Health Program at William Wells Brown Elementary in Lexington, KY. This role blends clinical leadership, team coordination, and community partnerships to ensure students receive high-quality healthcare where they are most needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily clinic operations, supporting providers, and leading outreach events while fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes student and family

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license.
• BSN with 3 years of nursing experience, or ADN with 5 years of related nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• A passion for community health, collaboration, and serving children and families.
