Job summary

HealthFirst Bluegrass Inc. in Lexington is seeking an RN Lead 2 to blend hands-on nursing with team leadership. You will support clinic operations and mentor staff to deliver excellent patient care.

You will coordinate daily workflows, oversee vaccine program activities where applicable, manage supplies and safety, and provide direct patient care including assessments and education. The role emphasizes a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; 3+ years of nursing leadership in a clinic setting or equivalent.
• Active RN license in Kentucky required.

• Lead vaccine program operations (VFC/VFA) where applicable
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and safety processes are always ready for action

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and 3 years experience as a Nurse in the specified program area; Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) and 5 years related program-specific nursing experience.
• Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.
