Job summary

HealthFirst Bluegrass is seeking an RN Lead 2 to blend hands-on nursing with team leadership in our Lexington clinic. You will support the Practice Manager, mentor staff, and uphold a patient-centered culture while coordinating daily workflows and delivering direct patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality care in a collaborative environment. Kentucky RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and 3 years experience as a Nurse in the specified program area; Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) and 5 years related program-specific nursing experience.
• Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.
