Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a LDRP Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of obstetrical patients across antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods. The RN will also care for the newborn and participate in rotational call.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an MT RN license, with 1 year Med/Surg experience preferred and BLS certification. Background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Montana.
• One year Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Must pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Maintain documentation of BLS.
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of obstetrical patients (antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum).
• Care for the newborn using the nursing process.
• Participate in rotational call.

About the role

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus

The LDRP Registered Nurse is a self-motivated professional RN and resource person who assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care of the obstetrical patient, through the antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods. The LDRP RN also cares for the newborn utilizing the nursing process. Participation in rotational call is required.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice professional nursing by the Montana State Board of Nursing.
• One (1) year Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Must maintain and provide documentation of professional development requirements including BLS.
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 15 years of experience.
