Job summary

A non-profit critical access hospital in Havre, Montana is seeking a qualified LDRP Registered Nurse. This role involves comprehensive obstetrical care, including assessment and nursing for both mothers and newborns throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Qualified candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and currently hold a Montana nursing license. Experience in Med/Surg is preferred. Qualifications

The not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital features a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department, with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and electronic medical record services. The private patient rooms on the 5th floor Medical/Surgical Department boast views from every window.

About the role

The LDRP Registered Nurse is a self-motivated professional RN and resource person who assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care of the obstetrical patient, through the antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods. The LDRP RN also cares for the newborn utilizing the nursing process. Participation in rotational call is required.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice professional nursing by the Montana State Board of Nursing.
  • One (1) year Med/Surg experience preferred.
  • Must maintain and provide documentation of professional development requirements including BLS.
  • Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 15 years of experience.
