Job summary

Novant Health's Family Care Unit - LDRP is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support moms and babies through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum in one seamless journey of care.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan while delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the relevant state, required.
• One year of relevant Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; licensure requirements as stated or reinstatement rules if lapsed.

Responsibilities

• Establish authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care for optimal health or end-of-life support.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and compassion to guide patients through their health journey.
