Job summary

Novant Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Family Care Unit - LDRP, covering labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum in one continuous journey of care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and a patient-centered approach, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care for moms and babies. Education requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current RN licensure.

Qualifications

Experience: 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience required

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Family Care Unit. A true LDRP model where you'll support moms and babies through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum, all in one continuous journey of care. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
