Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Case Manager, RN/LCSW in Oceanside, CA to coordinate comprehensive care for service members and their families. The role liaises between military and civilian agencies, conducting assessments, planning, and evaluation to support successful transitions back to duty or civilian life.

The position requires active RN or LCSW licensure, a relevant degree, and several years of case management experience. Location near Camp Pendleton is preferred; U.S.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or LCSW license with nursing degree.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing or case management experience.
• Certification in case management or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review favorable determinations per regulations and render medical necessity determinations.
• Coordinate case management for service members and families, linking military and civilian services.
• Act as SME for project and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize data systems to track outcomes and report findings.
