• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care for safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment.
