Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver laser hair removal treatments in a structured clinic setting. You will educate clients on pre/post-care, maintain accurate medical records, and support daily operations to ensure smooth patient flow.

In this role, you will collaborate with a collaborative team, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to achieving high patient satisfaction through professional care and precise treatments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients clearly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
• After training, assist onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal following Milan’s medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care for safe results.
• Document treatments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and treatment room prep.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
