Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an RN to deliver safe, effective laser treatments in a structured clinic setting. You will educate clients on care plans, document treatments, and maintain a meticulous clinical environment to ensure patient trust and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork, with opportunities for onboarding new providers and contributing to a high-volume aesthetic practice.

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication and ability to educate clients clearly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients gain confidence.
• Willingness to assist onboarding/training of new providers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform laser hair removal treatments per Milan's medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment plans.
• Document treatments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment.
• Discuss progress with clients and suggest additional areas.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room prep.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet clinic goals.
