Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a licensed RN to join our US clinics. In a structured, patient-focused environment you’ll perform laser hair removal, ensure safety, educate clients about treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.

You will prep treatment rooms, support daily operations, and collaborate with clinic teams to uphold Milan’s standards of professionalism. A passion for aesthetics and exceptional patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing is required.
• Strong communication and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Commitment to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
• Ability to support onboarding and training of new providers after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-treatment care for safe and effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
