Responsibilities

1. Manage and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation.
2. Supervise and coordinate care provided by licensed and non-licensed personnel.
3. Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and students.
4. Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals based on patient contact level.
5. Participate in on-call duties if required.
6. Possibly float to other units as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or multistate license via Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Current BLS certification or complete within 30 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Population-specific competencies as required.

Additional Requirements by Department

• Hospice: CPR required; CHPN preferred; valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Radiology: ACLS certification required.
• Employee Health: Valid driver’s license and insurance; operate vehicle as needed.
• INTEGRIS Mental Health: Ability to operate vehicle; valid driver’s license.
• Emergency Department: PALS within 12 months, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
