Advocate Health's Labor & Delivery Unit in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated RN to provide comprehensive patient care in a high-energy environment. This role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS within 6 months is mandatory. Night shifts are 12 hours, with a 36-hour workweek and holiday/weekend rotations.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; this position is not for new graduates.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS are required within 6 months of hire.
• At least 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
